SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Sentry Cloud Inc ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms"). These SMS Terms supplement our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, do not opt in to receive text messages from us.

We may send SMS text messages to the mobile number you provide to us for purposes including:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
• Assessment and consultation follow-ups.
• Service alerts and account-related notifications.
• Promotional offers and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
• Important administrative or security notices.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the type of communication. You will typically receive no more than a few messages per month for transactional purposes. For marketing programs, you will receive no more than [X] messages per month.

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box (or otherwise indicating your consent), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provided. You confirm that:

• The mobile number you provided is yours and you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You understand that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive a confirmation message.
• Text "STOP" to our short code or sending number.
• Contact us using the details in Section 9 below and request removal from our SMS program.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. If you opt out, you may opt back in at any time by replying "START" or by re-consenting through our website forms.

Help: At any time, you may text "HELP" to receive assistance with our SMS program.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages we send you, depending on your wireless carrier and messaging plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier. We do not charge you directly for receiving SMS messages. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan and any applicable fees.

We use third-party service providers to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. We are not liable for:

• Delayed or undelivered messages.
• Messages filtered or blocked by your carrier or mobile device.
• Errors or inaccuracies in message content.
• Carrier or network outages that affect delivery.

SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Availability may vary by carrier, coverage, and device. We are not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier limitations or technical issues.

Our SMS program supports most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and their respective MVNO partners. If your carrier is not supported, you may not receive messages from us.

Information we collect in connection with our SMS program — including your mobile number, message content, opt-in and opt-out status, and delivery status — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS data. We may share it with SMS service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
